# Qui peut bénéficier du 1h = 2h et où trouver la directive ?


Le 1h = 2h est pour le calcul de l'expérience lorsque quelqu'un fait ses cours pour devenir éducatrice.
**Pour des heures de perfectionnement normales, le calcul reste 1h par formation complétée**
